Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, and to Canada and many other countries. Rates and delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay.

How fast does my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times for your address are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time from the Track My Order page.

Do I need to enter a company name or a second address line?
No. Enter the address where you want your order delivered, and add a suite or unit number if you have one.

Products

What sizes do your garnishes come in?
Most of our dehydrated fruit and vegetable garnishes are sold by the bag in 7oz and 1.5lb sizes, so you can choose what fits a home bar or a busy service.

Who are your products made for?
Bars, hotels, restaurants, caterers and anyone who loves crafting drinks and plates at home.

Returns

Can I return an order?
Because our products are edible, we generally do not accept returns. We make an exception for products that are completely unopened with intact packaging. See Refund Policy and our Satisfaction Guarantee for details.
