   Because our products are edible items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the health, safety, and quality of our products for all of our customers.
   2. Exceptions for Intact Packages
   However, we do make exceptions under very specific circumstances. You may be eligible for a return and subsequent refund if your situation meets the following conditions:

   ● The product is completely unopened and the packaging is 100% intact. * You (the customer) agree to cover all return shipping costs. Garnishes and Dreams LLC does not provide prepaid return labels for these cases.

   1.  Return Shipping: You must ship the intact product back to us at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
   2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned package, our team will evaluate the item to verify that the order information is correct and that the packaging has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with.
   3. Refund Approval: If the product passes our inspection and is deemed completely intact, we will proceed with your refund to the original method of payment.
      
      Please note: If the returned item is found to be opened or damaged upon our evaluation, we will be unable to issue a refund.
