Recipe Details

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes

  • Servings: 1 Drink

  • Difficulty: Medium

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum

  • 1 oz Passion fruit puree

  • 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup

  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves

  • Club soda

  • Crushed ice

  • GND Green Lime Slices for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Muddle: Place the fresh mint leaves and simple syrup in a tall glass. Muddle very gently—just enough to press the leaves and release their oils without tearing them.

  2. Build: Add the white rum, lime juice, and passion fruit puree to the glass.

  3. Ice & Stir: Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir well to lift the mint from the bottom.

  4. Top off: Fill the rest of the glass with more crushed ice and top with a splash of club soda.

  5. Garnish: Crown the drink with a dehydrated green lime slice.
