1/2 cup Coconut oil (melted)

1/2 cup Maple syrup or honey

1 tsp Vanilla extract & 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Prep: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix: In a large bowl, whisk the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in the oats and nuts until evenly coated.

Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
