Citrus & Fennel Roasted Salmon
A bright, healthy, and incredibly flavorful seafood dish baked with aromatic fennel and sweet orange.
Welcome to the GND Recipes Library! Salmon and citrus are best friends. In this recipe, we bake tender salmon fillets over a bed of sliced fennel and top them with dehydrated orange slices. As the fish bakes, the orange slices gently steam and release their oils, flavoring the fish delicately without overpowering it.
